DESCRIPTION:The Healthwatch North Tyneside community engagement team will be visiting the following Bread and Butter Thing hubs: \n\n30 November from 12.30pm at Whitley Bay Young People’s Centre\, Hillheads Road\, Whitley Bay\, NE25 8HR\n8 December from 12.30pm at Family Gateway\, Howdon Community Hub\, NE28 0PP\n11 December from 12.30pm at St Aidans Church\, Billy Mill Lane\, NE29 8AW\n11 January from 12.45pm at Fordley Primary School\, Dudley Drive\, Cramlington\, NE23 7AL\n17 January from 12.30pm at Shiremoor Adventure Playground\, Brenkley Ave\, Shiremoor\, NE27 0PR\n\nOur friendly engagement team are looking forward to meeting everyone to listen to your health and social care experiences and views\, hear your health and care queries and to signpost you to relevant services. \nWe will also sharing our annual survey\, your chance to have a say on health and social care services you have used in the past year which will help to set our priorities for 2024. \nWe are independent and have the power to make sure NHS leaders and other decision makers listen to local feedback and improve standards of care. \nFor more information on That Bread and Butter Thing please visit their website: https://www.breadandbutterthing.org/ \nIf for unforeseen circumstances we cannot attend we will do our best to update this page\, however due to timescales that won’t always be possible.
