SUMMARY:Christmas Fayre Community Engagement at Meadow Well Connected
DESCRIPTION:The Healthwatch North Tyneside community engagement team will be at Meadow Well Connected at their Christmas Fayre on 25 November from 11am until 3pm.  \nOur friendly engagement team are looking forward to meeting everyone to listen to your health and social care experiences and views\, hear your health and care queries and to signpost you to relevant services. There will be winter celebrations with stalls and activities\, all open to the general public. \nWe will also sharing our annual survey\, your chance to have a say on health and social care services you have used in the past year which will help to set our priorities for 2024. \nWe are independent and have the power to make sure NHS leaders and other decision makers listen to local feedback and improve standards of care. \nFind out more about Meadow Well Connected here: https://www.meadowwellconnected.org.uk/ \nIf for unforeseen circumstances we cannot attend we will do our best to update this page\, however due to timescales that won’t always be possible.
